How levels work
Every story is scored 0–100 from fixed rules, no AI: how severe the event is (strikes, missiles, nuclear, coups…), how many independent outlets carry it, how credible they are, how fresh it is, and whether two major states are squaring off.
FLASH 72+, HIGH 50+, MED 42+. Situation heat blends its top stories, how busy coverage is, and hard-data signals in the area.
